The Fern Park Drive material palette.
A coordinated selection of cream masonry, textured leather, raw silk glass, wood grain and stone-inspired surfaces, finished with black and antique bronze aluminium and a brushed brass flooring inlay.
Light grey leather and shagreen stingray leather clad doors and drawer fronts with double Oxford stitching. Raw silk is sandwiched between two sheets of glass for glass doors.
Birch wood flooring is laid with a border and brushed satin-finished brass inlay in open-plan kitchen, living and dining spaces, reception rooms and studies.
1200 × 1200 mm porcelain / sintered stone tiles are selected for bathrooms and toilets, with Carrara marble-effect tiles in the same format for entrance halls and utility areas.
